I came I desperate to fix a plaque that I had ordered from another Trophy shop and Wilma and Jeff were extremely helpful! I ordered a plaques that was supposed to be 7” x 9” in size but turned out to be more like a 6” x 8”. Both my supervisor and me were extremely disappointed with the final product. We only had one day to fix the plaque before our retirement celebration and Jeff made it happen in minutes. Thanks to his extra efforts and Wilma’s willingness to help we were able to present a ChevronTexaco retiree with a wonderful goodbye gift.
